Pass returns
1. Passes are non refundable regardless of the reason which includes any accidents, emergencies or other personal circumstances or purchase errors.
2. Within 7 days from the purchase you can use the option of  100% transfer of funds paid for the ticket (see below).
3. Multipasses (couple passes, group passes registered as one pass for many people) treated as one pass are purchased by one transaction, which means that only the entire package can be subject to  a 100% fund transfer..

Transfer of Funds 

There is an option to transfer part of the funds to a selected list of events of the Organizer to use within one (1) year from the event that the participant cannot attend.

•  Within 7 days from the purchase date, but not later than until 14.09.2026, a full 100% amount paid is registered with the option to use for a selected future event.
• When applying until 20.08.2026 (included) 80% of the amount paid is registered with option to use for a selected future event, while 20% is a date change administration fee.
• From 21.08.2026 until 15.09.2026, 50% of the price paid by the participant is registered with an option to use for a selected future event, while 50% of the price paid is a late date  change fee, of which 20% is an administrative fee and 30% is fixed costs incurred in connection with the booking.

The participant is obliged to formally notify the Organiser of such transfer via email addressed to registration@elsolfestival.pl, no later than on 15.09.2026. After this date no notifications will be accepted. The transferred funds will be saved in the Organiser’s database and can be used as a discount code for any pass from our offer for any event organised by Fundacja El Sol (the Organiser) excluding Early Bird offers.

Funds transferred from previous events and may be used for the current elSol 2026 Fall Edition. The option is available not later than 7 days before the start of the event, i.e. 9.09.2026 for any pass available at that moment.

Passes not purchased directly from the Organizer are not subject to the transfer of funds option. 

 Re-sale of passes and change of the name assigned to the pass can be made no later than on 11.09.2026.

The Organiser does not act as an intermediary in the search for a new purchaser. Participants settle the accounts with each other without involving the Organiser.

The original owner of the pass is obliged to send a notification of the change to the Organiser at registration@elsolfestival.pl by 11.09.2026 at the latest, stating the name and email address of the new owner.

Within 48 hours from receiving confirmation of this notification an OWNER CHANGE FEE (if applicable) needs to be paid according to received instructions and information about the payment sent to the Organizer.

Once the procedure has been completed, the new pass holder has a separate, named ticket, which is required for entry to the event.

The amount of the FEE depends on the moment of proceeding the change:
a) First name change done until 31.08.2026 is FREE OF CHARGE. A purchased pass may be re-sold to another person until 11.09.2026 with a 30 EUR fee.
b) First name change done from 1.09.2026 is subject to a 30 EUR fee. A purchased pass CANNOT be re-sold further to another owner.

SPECIAL CLASS PASSES or selected types of tickets may be subject to separate re-sale rules specified in the description of the particular ticket.

After  11.09.2026 requests for change of pass owner will not be accepted regardless of the reason. If you are unable to participate, the partial transfer  can be used.

Part of the pass purchased as a couple pass or group pass, can be resold. However, when changing the owner of the pass, it is necessary to maintain the ratio, so the resale should be done as Leader-Leader, Follower-Follower.

Passes not purchased directly from the Organiser are excluded from the owner change option.

1. It is possible to exchange a pass type for another for a similar or wider Festival package for an additional charge.
2. A pass type change requires informing the Organiser and paying the upgrade fee which is a current difference in price between the original and new pass, according to the price list.
3. Reduction of the event package is not possible.
4. Once the procedure has been completed, the new upgraded pass is required for entry to the event.

 1. Passes to TISNO DANCE CITY Festival by elSol won in competitions or received free of charge are not refundable, transferrable to another event or
edition or exchangeable to cash. It is possible to extend the package of such a pass under the general conditions of sale.
2. If the winner of a competition already holds a pass for a given edition, he/she may pass down the competition pass to another person within a
maximum of 7days of the announcement of the competition results. Otherwise, the transfer of the winning pass is not possible.
3. Passes sold as part SPECIAL OFFERS may be subject to separate return, re-sale and exchange rules, which are specified in regulations of each offer.

1. In order to receive Festival wristbands and gain entry to the event, it is necessary to present the NAMED E-PASS with QR code and the ID or any other documentwith a photo.
2. It is OBLIGATORY to wear the Festival wristband during the entire Festival. It must be shown every time when asked by Festival staff or security personnel.
3. Each participant is entitled to one Festival wristband for the whole event, issued upon registration. Wristbands are changed only if the wristband is broken for reasons beyond the user’s control. In such a situation, the damaged wristband brought to the Festival office will be exchanged for a new one.
4. It is participants responsibility to make sure that the wristband is put on in a proper and comfortable way, as this cannot be a reason for a later wristband complaint.
